Has anyone bought a home with or re-fi'd w/Bank of America?
My original mortgage is with Countrywide, now B of A. I spoke to someone from the 800 # about a re-fi and he ran my credit, gave me a rate of 5% and closing costs but I really would rather speak to someone face to face. Can you recommend an office or loan officer in the area?

Although I am not using this bank, I found Jessica Katona at BofA very helpful. She is in their Garden City office. 516-535-7003.
