We put down 3 percent. Our mortgage was done by a friend of ours, who incorporated our closing costs into the price of the house. My house sold for 240, and our closing costs were 17000.00, so basically, our home was 257. Our mortgage payment is $1400.00 a month.

we put down 10% and our payments are about $2300/month-- but we also have like the cheapest mortgage possible since we are only planning on being here for 5 years.

We put down about 44% and our mortgage, taxes and homeowners is about $1,100/month.
(remember we bought in the middle 90's)

DH bought this house in 1996 for $180,000. I am not sure how much he put down but our payments are $1365 s month (including taxes- NYC) and we only owe $80,000 on the house.

My house was 100% paid for...this was a mortgage that we used to pay off some credit cards & construction.

We put about 35% down (proceeds from sale of condo). $3250/month includes principal, interest, escrow and a little extra principal

We put down 10% and only pay a 330 per month mortgage. Our maintenance is almost 700, so a little over a thousand a month for our co-op.

Purchased in 2001.
We put down 10% and our monthly mtge is a little over $4000. (we refi'd a yr later, so we have no PMI along w/a lower interest rate.)
Taxes are approx. $14K a yr.

We did an 80-15-5. We put 5% down. We pay $2100 for our primary mortgage and about $380 for our home equity (which is the 15%).

We bought in 2000. we put down 33% and our mortgage, with taxes and homeowners insurance included, is app. $2000/month. Our interest rate is 5.25%.

We put about 30% down, our monthly payments are about $3600 including our taxes. We have an interest only mortgage and put an extra $1000 a month in towards the principle. Our plan is to pay down the mortgage as fast as possible.
