Ped said DD needs more Tummy Time...

but everytime I put her on her tummy, she falls asleep

Does anyone have any tricks on how to get her into Tummy Time?

The Ped said she should be pushing herself up more.

My DD did the same thing. My ped told me to get into a routine where after every diaper change to have her do tummy time. ( This worked for me bc i'm a SAHM, but you might need to adjust it to work for you if you aren't). Gianna also fell asleep alot, so, as ridiculous as it sounds, I would get down with her and sing or shake her toys, etc. Seemed to work. She loves tummy time now.. so much that she doesn't want to roll unless I beg her!
