I think either of them is okay if you are really in a bind and are running through an airport or something and your child is inconsolable.

not a big fan of the 1st one.. but the 2nd one i like a lot... i had to prop DD's bottle up sometimes and used a blanket like some of you have said... that thing would have come in handy! i did not prop her bottle up every feeding, only when i needed to do something else at the moment... and she would never be unsupervised while i did it either.. to each his/her own...
