Need some makeup help please, BLUSH really
I love how it looks when women have blush on but it looks natural, like they just have rosy cheeks.....i have never worn blush before, how do you know what shade is good for you so you dont end up looking like a clown?
Thanks gals!!

your best best is to go to a department store and tell the SA what type of look you are going for and have them match you with a color. i have had a hard time lately finding a color that looks good on me. i finally went to the clinique counter and they gave me a great color called Totally Tawny. it has color but looks natural almost like a small "pop of color on my cheeks. i also like Dallas by benefit, that color seems to be great on everyone, i know a few pople that wear it. it is a plummy brown color ____________________________ Give your complexion a natural-looking glow that will leave you looking younger, healthier and more vibrant. This sheer wash of color dusted across your cheeks, forehead and chin gives any complexion a healthy looking radiance... it's a glow that defies even Mother Nature.
_______________________ Clinique blush Warm, natural-looking powder blush for all skins. Sheer, buildable colour gives cheeks a radiant glow. Silky, fresh finish, too. Wide range of shades, from subtle to vibrant. Comes with brush applicator.

I also find that usuing a fantail brush helps make it look more subtle & natural.

I love Cliniques blush! I use #20 Mocha Pink....but I use a bigger brush instead of the one it comes with.

I highly recommend Smashbox O Glow
It's a clear gel when you put it on and then it reacts to your skin to create a natural color. It is a little weird to apply at first, but I love it!

I also love Clinique blush and also bought a bigger brush to apply it. I use Plum Gorgeous.

Also, which ever kind you use, think circles.
Whether you apply with your finger or a brush, make circles and spread. Smile when you apply it and remember to start off with less and add more if you need.
