What do you give your DC if they are constipated??
My DD is 13 months....what can I give her to help her??
Im taking her to the PED later bc I think it might have to do with MILK but I am not sure.

Too much milk can definitely constipate them according to my ped.
I give DD prunes (stage 1 babyfood - I don't give it to her otherwise) when she's constipated.

my dd will eat real prunes, baby food prunes or drink prune juice. You can also give pear nectar (needs to be nectar not just pear juice.)
Both my kids have chronic constipation. They put DD on Mirolax and DS is still on the prunes!!

I'm having this issue right now too. Rylan started milk about a month ago...not sure if it's related. I started giving him pitted prunes 2 days ago...so far it hasn't helped. He goes on a daily basis but it's a struggle for him and his poop is literally like small rocks. I've seen a speck of blood twice so far. If nothing changes i'll try to get him to drink prune juice but he is just not a drinker.

Prune Juice, rasin bran, lots of fluids like water, and there is prune butter you can spread on toast like jelly. I think they have it in the pbj isle. Also if you masage their belly clockwise that is suppose to get things moving.

I add about a tablespoon or so of prune juice to her bottles of milk for a day or 2 and it works like a charm.
....and because I add so little it kind tastes like chocolate milk to me.

I use the Stage 1 Prune's. Give that to her and within 2 hours I have a diaper load.
