When does teething stop?
We have been pretty lucky with teething. He has not been too bothered at all by any of his teeth. We are waiting on the molars to begin, so I guess I shouldn't speak so soon. I was wondering when the whole process is typically complete?

My DD#1 had all 20 teeth by 18 months.
My 15 month old DD#2 only has 16 teeth (she is cutting the 17th and 18th teeth now). I don't see her having a full set until closer to her second birthday.
I think sometime in the second year is when most babies have a full set though. My girls were early teethers.
