Old Navy/Gap website down?
How does this make sense? Their websites are down for service? Why would they do this in the middle of the day, let alone on "cyber monday?" I got emails about sales and stuff they are having and can't get on the website?

hmmm, I got their emails today too. Weird. I'm sure they are working their tails off to get it back up and running.

hmmm, I got their emails today too. Weird. I'm sure they are working their tails off to get it back up and running.
I hope so, whats weird is that I can see it going down due to volume or whatever, but it says they are down for updates.

'Down for updates' means that something is broken unexpectedly.

I was getting errors before, now there's an updating message. I think that goes up when the site goes down.

They're back.. I wonder what the problem was. It was at least 1 hour. I keep on checking slashdot or news.com looking for a report!

I guess it has been off and on. I got on it to get bumped off 5 minutes later. argh
It had me frozen on the front page of that 8 pages that keep changing and then it finally let me into its sale stuff but by time I got to my size I got bumped off..
