There was no school today so he wouldn't come.....atleast they are problem solvers

A boy in my class was interpreting for a new admit for me. He kept saying things like, "He says he doesn't care WHAT you say -- he's going to play all day" and "He said he's going to put his mom's cell phone on vibrate so she won't hear it when you call". I was like holy -- I've got a live one here. This went on for days until one day I actually caught and understand part of what the child was saying -- that someone had taken his pencil. Well, the interpreter came over and said, "He said you look like a pig".
I thought I was going to have a fit right there in the classroom. Talk about diabolical!!! and I teach first grade!!!!

OMG...that is so funny!!!
This kid is a huge problem....the kids were extremely proud of themselves for telling him this...didn't work though
