We're getting the Classica I from Colgate. It was the most recommended by baby bargains. Its foam and only 7 lbs so it makes sheet changing a lot easier than a spring mattress. Its also inexpensive at about $100.

I got the Colgate Fairytale Foam mattress at BBB. I probably paid $60+ it after doubling up a 20 and 25% discount. Originally was $100 :D
It's really light and firm... firm mattresses are recommended for babies to prevent SIDs.
It is similar to the other Colgate Classic foam mattresses that are highly rated by
Baby Bargains but just has a different name.
