pregnancy n laptop
hey girls do u still use a laptop now that you are prego, do you think if it lays on your abdomen or thighs will affect the baby???

I'm sure it is fine. I do it every day and I am 30 weeks. I just dont put it right ON my belly. I usually have it on my thighs of I put a pillow under it etc.

You mean because of the wireless?
I don't know, I do think about that too, especially because we use wireless at work and I have a wifi network set up at home. I have to say I try not to keep it on my lap. By the way DH thinks I am crazy for this.
Glad to see there is someone as narotic as me

I use my laptop everyday.
I usually put it on my lap.
I honestly, never even thought of it being a problem.

this will sound crazy - but i have read studies that say it's NOT good to leave it right on your lap - because of the heat it puts off and other things too...
The month we got the BFP - i started using a thick pillow on my lap....i use it always now...i'll never put the laptop on my lap again.

so i started reading the replies and now i have a pillow on my lap, thanks for the advice, im really narotic, i havent gotten the bfp but im in the 2ww period and i dont want to mess anything up, now i will have a prego pillow thanks girls!!!!! best of luck

i have a laptop table - had it way before my bfp too. i think ikea has them for $20 if anyone's interested.
