Daily Menu

What does your daily menu look like each day, I am just curious? I want to make sure I am eating enough!

Breakfast:

Fiber 1 bar
piece of fruit

Yogurt with granola
piece of fruit

Lunch:
PB&J on wheat bread or english muffin
Soup
Sandwich (although I do try and stay away from cold cuts)

If Im still hungry after lunch Ill have some fruit or graham crackers (sometimes Ill have the snack size pringles, or goldfish crackers)

Dinner-
Meat/chicken
potato/pasta
Vegetable

I dont eat after dinner (or at least I try really hard not to) and its been kinda easy since I go to bed so earlyChat Icon

My eating habits pretty much have stayed the same. My portions are the same, but of course if Im still hungry Ill eat more, if Im not as hungry Ill eat less.

I don't really have one ........
Other than eating oatmeal or farina for breakfast .........

I usually eat an apple mid morning or some other fruit.

Lunch depends on my appetite, which hasn't been much lately - Yogurt, fruit, more oatmeal. cottage cheese, soup, stuff like that .........When I'm HUNGRY I eat grilled cheese or a slice of pizza. -
For some reason I can't eat peanut butter which I used to live on ........

I usually eat a piece of cheese or some other dairy mid afternoon -

And dinner also depends on my appetite -
Last night I ate homemade tacos - I was actually hungry.
Meat is not very appealing to me so I've been eating pasta, cereal, salads, fruit, soup ...........

I don't have much of a sweet tooth -

I usually have

oatmeal or an english muffin for breakfast

snack of yogurt and an apple or veggies and cheese

lunch is leftover dinner

afternoon snack of a granola bar or fruit

dinner

I don't usually eat after dinner.

9am: apple
10am: cup of cereal with low fat milk

Lunch- today is chick pea soup homemade, normally though a sandwich or leftovers from dinner the night before.

snack- craisins, 100 cal pack or another apple

dinner- whatever we cook.

dessert- been skipping it lately

I can not plan out my meals for the day I just have to look into the fridge and decide then what I want. So many things are turning me off. I can't even go into the groccery store without getting a knot in my stomach!!

I am a total carb nut since conceiving!

Breakfast: cereal or bagel with cream cheese or 2 waffles, once or twice a week I have an egg sandwich

Snack: yogurt or cottage cheese
crackers

Lunch: sandwich or soup & salad
usually chips & pickles

Snack: fruit

Dinner: pasta, or meat, starch & veggie

Dessert: cookies or ice cream or a couple of piece of candy
sometimes Nesquik chocolate or strawberry

ive been carb crazed and lacking veggies more recently.....

i have upped my fruit at least.....

breakfast- was having those freezer sandwiches, or frozen waffles & possibly yogurt.

snack- piece of fruit

lunch- chicken sandwich & sprite

dinner - pizza, or blimpe sandwich(heated of course), or gyro.
