starting cereal at 4 months
Today my ped. told me I can start to introduce cereal to DS. She said not to lessen any bottles, but to use the cereal as a supplement. She suggested giving him the cereal after his mid-morning bottle. Should I offer the cereal immediatly after the bottle or somewhere between that bottle and the next one? Also, when first introducing cereal, is it best to only do it once a day or can I do it morning and at night.

I did it once a day and served it with her bottle. I used the formula from the bottle to mix the cereal. That way I wasn't increasing the formula intake by adding extra for the cereal.
