Convicted felons cannot vote. Once you are convicted you lose your right to vote...forever.

i think only 2 states allow prisoners to vote - personally, I think they should not be allowed to vote.

I believe they can because I recently filled out my Absentee Ballot Request Form and there was a section for people in prison. I was surprised to see that.
