Re: Suggestions for Pregnancy Books??
if you do a search - there are probably hundreds of topics like this!
1. girlfriends' guide to pregnancy 2. idiot's guide to pregnany and childbirth 3. belly laughs - by Jenny McCarthy - real quick, funny read.

Re: Suggestions for Pregnancy Books??
i read girlfriends guide to pregnancy, I got bored halfway through. I enjoyed looking up stuff on the internet more than reading a book. JMO.
Every week I would google how many weeks I was ("7 weeks pregnant") just those words and tons of websites would come up that I would go through

Re: Suggestions for Pregnancy Books??
"From conception to birth: A life unfolds"
AWESOME AWESOME book!!! My MIL got it for us when we got pregnant. They have real pictures of the baby from the moment of conception to brith!! Great book to read with DH and see what your baby looks like at easch moment etc.
"Pregnancy week by week"
Basic PG book with basic info. Its ok
"A thinking womans guide to a better birth"
Great book that talks about all the different tests the pros and cons of each as well as medical intervention during labor and delivery. No fluff just straight forward facts
"Misconceptions: Truth, Lies, and the Unexpected on the Journey to Motherhood "
"Ina May's Guide to Childbirth"
"Birthing from Within: An Extra-Ordinary Guide to Childbirth Preparation "
These are my top few out of over 40 pregnancy and childbirth books i have read

I loved this one too. I also had 1 that showed a week by week development of the baby.....that was really great. Plus, the tons of web sites I visited regularly. I am a knowledge hound.
