sausage fingers
my fingers are so swollen! I can hardly close my hands to make a fist.....is there anything I can do for this?

My hands are not that bad, but I had to give up wearing my wedding ring and engagement ring about a month ago.

You can't stop salt all together but limit your intake. Drink lots of water.
