Back from my ultrascreen
DH and I got to see our little blessing again today  He/she has grown so much in just two weeks since our last sono! Baby was sleeping, and finally woke up after some tapping at my stomach and coughing  He/she was flipping and moving all around and the sono tech said the baby was very active! Now I wait for the results, but am feeling confident all is well!
I got a sono pic of the baby, but of all the shots she could have given me, she gives me the picture that looks like an alien!! 
I also had a question....I had the sono on my stomach, but then the tech had me empty my bladder and did a vaginal sono as well. I asked her why, and she said they do both  I didn't think they did both for an ultrascreen. I know she said she wasn't getting the picture she wanted of the baby because he/she wasn't getting into the right position - Could that have something to do with it? Of course, I worry that something was wrong and she didn't tell me!

I had a scan at 12 weeks and the tech had a hard time getting al the measurements from using the ultra sound just on my belly so she did a vaginal one....... Its not uncommon for them to have to do a vaginal one at this time

Ultrascreen for your 12 week apt?? They did both external and internal for me for that test...i had it doen at Madonna..she said they needed both veiws to see everything they were looking for...and there was nothing wrong

Yay! I loved every second of my ultrascreen! That was the first time I got to see my little one actually look like a baby!
They probably did a vaginal u/s because they couldn't get everything they needed to see externally. I wouldn't worry about it!

I just had mine done this week at Madonna and I was told they were going to do both- she wound up doing just my belly- and said everything looked great- guess she got what she needed from just the one. But it was so awesome seeing the baby move around and actually look like a baby heheheheh
