Feb/09.. should be final poll.. deciding on place!!
So it looks like Nov 9 seems to have gotten picked most, then Oct 19 and Nov 2... Well go with Nov 9 as of now, and if everyone decides just doesnt work.. then well have to figure out something.. Now where do we go?
On the original poll, there was a mention of Capt. Bills and Hemmingways.
I know where Hemmingways is.. not sure about Capt. Bills ..
Hemmingways is in Wantagh.. right by a trains station so if anyone needs to take train this is great.
Capt Bills... according to Google.. its in Bay shore.. not sure of the exact location so those familiar with it can update on that.

I'm going to go with Hemmingway's also, since it's near the train. That's one perk of being ex-NYPD, I get to ride the train for free---so no $$ on gas, since I'm coming from Rockland County!!! Woo-hoo!  And Nov 9th is perfect! Should give me some time to find some dough. Yay! I'm so excited now!!!

If Hemingway's is closer inland than I vote for that since I'm coming in from the city.
Its about 10 train stops closer (just a guesstimate). So it is definitely closer and you can walk to Hemigways from the LIRR Wantagh station. It is literally 2 blocks north on the right.

my neice's first bday party got switched to the 9th, but they are still thinking of the time - so i still want to go to brunch!!...

I called hemmingways.. brunch starts at 10:30am you can sit for 1.5 hours long. Its 24.95 per adult. If we have 15 more he recommended we do the party thing.. when the date gets closer well do a final poll to see who can make it.. and decide on time so we can reserve the table. I have no problem with what ever time works for everyone else.
