OMG DS just colored all over my hospital forms
I just finished filling them out, got up to make a photocopy of my insurance card I come back and I have blue and green crayon all over it. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Sorry to do this, but as a parent of a toddler  .
I am sure the hospital will still take the forms. 
BTW - I just finished wiping all the ink off my laptop screen because I accidentally left a pen within DS's reach
