neosporin - yes or no on c-section scar
With my first section I did not put anything on it - should I with my second c-section.... Dr. did not tell me anything

i was told to not to put anything on it and to just keep the incision dry...like after a shower

Told to put nothing on it...moist conditions can give you an infection.

Had to keep it dry until I developed an infection - then only prescription meds would clear it up
