Headachs
Did anyone get really bad headachs when they were first pregnant? Like even before you knew you were?

I had bad headaches before, and then worsened with pregnancy because i can't take any meds.
What has worked for me:
~Pre-natal massage
~Caffine (sometimes)
~Chiropractor (amazing)
~hot packs and cold packs
~Extra strength tylonel (not not usually)

Caffeine and tylenol help me. Massages too, but it's obviously easier to grab a small cup of coffee every day then schedule a massage. (Unless DH is willing.)
