Modeling Help
Anyone have or thought about doing some modeling with their child. Any recommendations for a reputable agency here on Long Island? Been thinking about it and think we would like to give it a try. Thanks for your help.

Re: Modeling Help
I found this in Child Magazine
At Child, we hire the majority of our models from well-respected agencies in the New York metropolitan region. If you live in the tri-state area and are interested in getting your child involved in modeling, please contact the following: CED 212-477-6622, 257 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10010 Click Models 212-206-1717, 129 W. 27th Street, New York, NY 10001 Ford Models 212-219-6150, Green Street, New York, NY 10012 Generation 212-727-7219, 20 W. 20th Street, New York, NY 10011 Product Model Management 212-563-6444, 240 W. 35th Street, New York, NY 10001 Wilhelmina 212-473-1253, 300 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10010 If you live outside the tri-state area, you might contact the above agencies and ask if they have a satellite office near you, or consult your local Yellow Pages. A word of caution: If you are contacting an agency that is not on our list, please be very careful to make sure the organization is a reputable one and that it does not give you false or misleading information. Don't hesitate to contact your local better business bureau with any concerns.

Re: Modeling Help
Aliaspook's daughter (my niece) models. I have the paper that she gave me and I gave it to my boss. Now his daughter models too! She uses Product Model Management.

At my old job we used to do searches to hire child models for book club catalogs, and we used all of the above agencies, they were all great! And our modeling jobs were for LI, even though the agencies are city-based.
