FUMING with BRU furniture...UPDATE!
my mom ordered Kailey this set
when we got it the dresser drawer does not open and close freely, so I am doing what the packaging says about problems....EMAILING THEM
Now they are telling me they can't just send a new unit, I have to bring it to BRU for a return and new order. It won't fit in our SUV, that is why we pay for shipping.
Anyone else experience problems?
I am waiting to hear back before I call BRU directly. Any advice....
UPDATE: I called BRU and they are sending us a new dresser/changing table and will take the old one. I can't believe the manufacture was so difficult to deal with though. Glad I called BRU, the only bad thing is we have to wait another 2 weeks

Re: FUMING with BRU furniture...
I had huge problems with them too. We went in and ordered the furniture to be picked up. We went to pick it up...brought it home...got the 1st piece upstairs...opened it up...it was fine. Got the 2nd piece up...and when the next piece was coming up they opened it and it was the wrong color. They were all the wrong color except for the top hutch!!!!!!!!!!. The girl ordered the first piece in Espresso and everything else in Natural. We had to bring it back ourselves because I didn't want to wait for them to pick it up...we didn't really have room to store it for a week.
When we got the right color one of the drawers was push in...we fixed it and it's fine but one of the drawers on the armoire sticks a little.

Re: FUMING with BRU furniture...
I didn't have any problems when I picked up our furniture, it was all the correct furniture and what not, but I find that the quality of it is absolutely horrible. If I pay 600 bucks for a dresser, it shouldn't be a piece of crap. Ugg.

Re: FUMING with BRU furniture...
We picked up our furniture to save my parents the $ for shipping...when the dresser was upstairs and unpacked the drawers didn't close and there was a crack in the wood. I called BRU and they reordered a new one and said when it comes in just bring the old one back and swap it out. Two weeks later it came in and we swapped it. The only PITA was DH and his friend had to lug it up and down our stairs. but I found dealing with BRU very easy.
