Annual gyno appt this afternoon...
and I'm not sure if I should go. When I made the appointment a couple of months ago, I didn't know I'd be 11dpt now. I've also switched docs to one that used to be in the practice I went to. I know her because she was the doc on call the day we lost our son. The problem with my old practice was the wait. Sometimes I'd be waiting 2 hours in a teeny waiting room with nothing but 23 yr old preggos (no offense, but you know what I mean). I've heard that the wait at the new place can be just as bad. Also, I'm off now. Once work starts up again, I'm limited to when I can go and it took 2 months to get this appt.
Should I cancel? Can/Should she do a pap?
I was kind of hoping I would have had my bfp already, then i can talk to her about that. But it's been nothing than bfns.
I'm so not in the mood for this.

I think she should be able to do a pap. Go. I need to go an have been avoiding it for so long for the same reasons. I am ashamed to say I am like 6months overdue for a pap.

Honestly, I wouldn't go. I wouldn't want anything to jeopardize a possible BFP. You can cancel and go in a few days...not a big deal, IMO.

Re: Annual gyno appt this afternoon...
I cancelled it. It was more for the emotional aspect.
But get this...the next available appointment for annuals wasn't until NOVEMBER! I laughed when she told me that. I said that I'll take what I can get. Whatever.

Re: Annual gyno appt this afternoon...
I had to do a pap before I did my IVF cycle. It was done by my RE. If you had one in the last few months, then all you need to do is forward your results. I hope you did.
November!!!!! That is the same with my place. So, annoying.
