Symptoms int he first few months?

I just went to the ob-gyn today to have them take a urine and blood sample to check for pregnancy or several other options -- they didnt get back to me as far as the results yet, so I figured I ask here.

IF I'm pregnant, im at most 2 months in. I've been spotting brown on and off for the past week and I have terrible cramps (like menstral cramps). I've had some light-headedness. No nasuea or vomitting.

Are any of these symptoms normal for pregnancy in the first few weeks/months?? DH and I were not TTC (although we would be thrilled if we were pregnant) so I'm kind of clueless about whether or not I could be pregnant right now or what my symptoms could be related to.

def. sounds like it!!! the spotting could be 100% normal. a lot of women, inlcuding myself had spotting. it's called implantation bleeding and it happens early on. some women even have menstrual like cramps. the whole time i was thinking my period was coming, but it never came!!

did you take a home pregnancy test? b/c those are just as accurate- esp. if you think you are 2 months in!

i experienced no morning sickness so, it might kick in for you in a few more weeks or it might not at all!
which would be a great thing!

when was your last period?

I had cramping the first couple of weeks of the first tri. Before I got my BFP I really thought I was going to get my period bc they were exactly like AF cramping.

I also spotted light pink blood. A lot of girls on here have had spotting in the first tri
