UPDATE: Please send me "sale" vibes
We closed on our new house on July 15 and already moved in.
The sale on my condo is supposed to close tomorrow at 12:30.
Please give me some "closing" vibes. Nothing with this transaction has been easy.
PS: I'd love to be thrilled about my new house, but I can't shake the nervousness and stress about the deal closing on the condo. The bank says we can carry both mortgages, but they must be on crack or something. 
***Update: well, we began the day with hearing "their lawyer hasn't received their mortgage paperwork from the bank, yet"...but I got the call an hour ago that it's all done! We are no longer dual-property owners.

Selling was THE HARDEST part of it all. I feel like I got raked over coals. Seriously, we got a much crappier price than even I expected and then my buyer was nothing but a pain in the azz.
