Babysitter / Daycare
Any suggestions for full time care of my 12 mos old?? I am in the Ronkonkoma area. Anyone use / heard of 'Kidz Under Construction' in Holtsville? In general, do most daycare centers make you pay for weeks that you do not send your child...??

it's so expensive. My sister used KinderCare in Port Jeff Station for for at least 8 years and was always very happy.
If a set up like this is not an option you may want to look for someone would watch your child privately. Just make sure it's based on recommendations and follow all best practices to ensure a safe environment.
Good luck - I know this is a hard thing to do but so many do it successfully.
