Now that your baby is no longer a newborn (no bumpers) what bedding, colors, etc would you choose.
I am SO EXCITED to finally get to design Kailey's room!
This is the furniture set we will get

If I could re-do DD's room I would be picking pink, purples and greens to do it it...we knew we were having a girl but were afraid that they might be wrong so we did everything gender neutral...when we move in the next year or two I will do her room exactly how i want it!

Re: help me look: If you could redesign your baby's room...
I think I bought Marron furniture that can grow with her, with the exception of the crib -- it is not a convertible one. But the wood is a nice mahogany color. Also, I really like her bedding set and wallpaper border I put up. The thing I would change, though is the color of the room. We did it in mostly neutrals since we didn't know what we were having. We chose 2 bedding sets -- 1 boy & 1 girl that had similar colors in them. We painted the room accordingly and then returned the bedding set that we didn't need. If I were to redo her room now I think I would just "girl-up" the colors a bit. This is what we went with:
The paint job
The bedding
The finished room

pretty furniture!
our nursery is red and yellow since we did not know the gender. i love her red dresser and side table and would use it in her room as she grows...maybe a lady bug theme?

2 words. Car Bed.
Then I could get him a CB radio so he could talk to other car beds.

My little brother had one of those growing up. I have to admit I was a little jealous.

Great movie...
"My roommates are going to get me some sweet rims for my car bed."
In all seriousness, Jared didn't have a nursery because we lived in a 1 bedroom co-op so we went right to the big boy room.
