Nick Hogan Transferred Out of Solitary Confinement
Hulk Hogan's teen son Nick Bollea was moved out of solitary confinement to a cell with three other juveniles, jail officials in Florida said Thursday.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said the move was the "result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification," the St. Petersburg Times reports.
The sheriff made no reference to Bollea's legal challenge to being held in solitary, which a judge had rejected.
Bollea, 17, was sentenced last month to eight months in jail after pleading no contest to charges stemming from a car crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, in critical condition.

You know what, I don't blame him. I wouldn't want to be in solitary because the prison didn't have the provisions for him because of his age. That IS unfair.

all of that would not be an issue if he didn't break the LAW - and not just once, several times.
irresponsible behavior = consequences.
cry me an effing river nick.

True!! But the punishment should fit the crime. He is in jail. He is serving his time. That is what he was sentenced to by a judge.
Not everyone in jail deserves solitary confinement. Its reserved for particularly heinus offenses and for people who don't behave in prison as a further punishment.
The solitary confinement wasn't ordered based upon his actions, his crime, or his behavior. It was based upon the prison's lack of resources. And if THAT is the reason he is solitary, he should make a stink.

I agree, it was a terrible offense, but definitely not worth of solitary.

he shouldn't be treated worse b/c of his "celebrity" status or his age

I agree. I live in the Tampa Bay area and you don't know how many times Nick has been on the news for being pulled over for excessive speeding and reckless driving and caught doing illegal things. He was pulled over at least 4 times for excessive speed before the August accident. 3 weeks before the accident he was pulled over going 110 in I think a 55 zone in the same car he totaled. ETA: They took his license away for 3 years so atleast the streets will be safer in Clearwater when he gets out.
He wanted to go on house arrest until his 18th birthday the end of July because he DID NOT want to be in jail. He feels his sentence his too much. It is not a solitary confinement issue it is a being a baby issue and not stepping up like a man and taking responsibility. Now the Hogan family is spinning it around blaming the victim which they got caught on tape saying and the victims family is outraged. So right now I am quite ****** at this family because they think getting their son a reality show will help. Meanwhile his BEST FRIEND is lying there in a vegetable state the rest of his life and not one visit from Nick or the Hogans per what the victims family said. Not even an apology for what he did.
Sorry this is so long but I just about (along with everyone down here) have had it with this family and their lies.
