repost: Recommend your prenatal workout dvd
I'm looking to start getting back into the swing of things now that I am almost (hopefully) out of my nausea/vomiting stage. Can anyone recommend a good prenatal workout? TIA!

I have a prenatal Pilates DVD that I used (Winsor I think). But I mainly just did my regular gym workouts, just not as intense.

I hated the crunch prenatal yoga - wasn't crazy about Denise Austen. Buff moms to be was pretty good...
