Astoria Federal Mortgage?
has anyone applied for an Astoria Federal Savings bank mortgage? I would just like to know how was your experience with them?

Fh and I did. It was a very good experience. We went to the Valley Stream branch and they contacted their person out in lake success (his name is nick) he came to meet us in VS and sat with us and went over everything, filled it all out and we had our approval fairly quickly, in about a week
it was one of the only places where we could get someone to sit with us
