I heard this today. Supposedly he shopped the book as fiction to 4 houses and they declined it. He took it to another as non fiction and they bought it! I wish I had read it before I knew this though.

I might be more likely to read it now- I heard people raving about it but it sounded way too unnerving. Might be easier for me to stomach, knowing it's made up.
