Does your entire body cramp uncontrollably?-Please help me
Is it possibly a mommy thing? Have you gotten those leg cramps in the middle of the night that are just horrific? Well, for the past few months my entire body cramps this way, especially my back, sides and legs. Sometimes it happens in my neck and chest too. I drink water like a fish (About 1-2 gallons per day) and I've been eating my bananas. I stretch all the time.
A few people have mentioned that it might be from carrying the baby. Some have even joked that he was so big that we never got to 'warm up' with a little baby. Is this normal or do I add this to the list to discuss more with the doctors?
TIA!

Do you know that too much water is dangerous, it can actually kill you....soemthign with ur electrolytes...be careful
Symptoms of Hyponatremia The early warning signs are often subtle and may be similar to dehydration and include nausea, muscle cramps, disorientation, slurred speech, and confusion. At this point, many athletes drink more water because they think they are dehydrated. Unfortunately, water alone will increase the problem of hyponatremia. At the most extreme an athlete may experience seizures, coma, or death.

No, not since I was pregnant, and then it was just my legs. Achey, but no cramps, and the aches are a whole other problem.
I'd bring this up with your doctor--it might be related to the other problems you are having. Give him a call if you aren't going in soon.

OH!!! I appreciate that!!! But 1-2 gallons isn't too much. That's even recommended when you're PG, so I continue as I BF.
