Did anyone's DC wean themselves off formula?

I planned on stopping giving him formula when I was done with this can, but I think he may have beat me to the punch

He slept the entire night last night (12 hours! ) and refused the little bit of formula I sent to daycare, so he hasn't had it in almost 48 hours

He had some milk (about 5oz) with dinner and he drank about 8oz of water at daycare today!

So, is my kid the odd one out, or did anyone's DC do this too?
