Working out at home (if you live in an apt)

Anyone else feel a little self-conscious about this? I always wonder that my downstairs neighbors will be thinking, what the hell are they doing up there?

I usually do not work out at home--- but sometimes I don't feel like leaving my apt- but the thought of disturbing my neighbors always discourages me.

That's exactly why I don't workout at home. We are on the 2nd floor and I feel like I would come crashing down through the ceiling Chat Icon

yeah-- like I don't mind doing sit ups and push ups-- but anything cardio is like out of the question.

I do have a little gym in my building, where I do pre core or run on the treadmill, but it's not heated (there is only a space heater) and it's hard to get down there in the winter in cold days (like today) and I don't want to walk the half mile to the gym either!

I worked out for an hour last night at around 11:30. The walls in our apt are really thick though and we have an area rug. No one has complained yet anyway! Chat Icon
