Getting Rid of Ants-- Natural way?
We had carpenter ants in our living room 2 years ago. Had Arrow Exterminating come over, they put a foam in the walls where they found a nest, solved the problem.
We've now found several ants in DD's nursery  and we got Arrow back today, but I reallllly don't want to spray anything in her room (they said their policy is that kids under 1 year would have to out of the house for 48 hours, but I don't want it at all)
Is there any natural alternative for me to try for ants? I'm freaking about this with DD in the house and all

natural cinnamon powder at the entry points will deter their entry.

they hate the smell of peppermint--- i had an aunt problem and bought a bunch of burts bees pepperment soap and opened them to put them all around our kitchen, on our bed in the back bedroom where we found them near the windows, and around outdoors--- haven't seen 1 since.
