I so don't like my MIL today....
I know that I am not perfect, I know I haven't sent out the thank yous for the christening, I know I didn't have time to put the check in the bank...I know, I know, I know.......
So then why do you call me 3 times during dinner to ask me/remind/chide that I didn't do these things?
Does she not realize that I have 2 babies that requiire my attention all of the time and 1 baby 38 year old who is less then helpful MOST of the time?
Does she realize that I am working on 4 hours of sleep at the most? Does she realize that she is just adding more stress to my life? I so hate her right now. I hate myself even more for snapping at her on the phone, but I am doing the best that I can! 
Oh, and I work full time BTW!

I would def. have DH say something. If you have caller ID and DH is home, let HIM answer the phone. If he's not, let the answering machine get it.
Maybe after she leaves a gazillion messages and the call is NOT returned, she will get the hint.

Do you have caller ID? Don't answer for a few days....she'll get the hint that she hurt your feelings. I commend you for raising the twins and for working FT. It can't be easy.

No way could I do what you do. If you have to talk to her next, tell her that DH can do them.
