Is talking a milestone that might cause sleepless nights

Is talking a milestone that might affect sleep? I know DD is teething but I feel like she is on the verge of something and I am wondering if it is some real talking.

Last night she was up a few times, crying and very upset. When I changed her wet diaper, she cried and sort of babbled in a way that sounded like she was trying to really talk. There was a certain intonation/modulation that sounded more than just mama and dada. She sounded like she had something to say and she wanted me to know it!

I am grasping at straws as I need a good night's sleep and some overall good times.

I just wanted to give some I think we are in the same boat. I feel like if he could just get the words out then i could help him!
