Does anyone know how to make a free webpage?
I would like to make a webpage to advertise my business. (Besides on here, that is).
Does anyone know of a site where I can make one on my own?
I tried geocities and homestead.com but for whatever reason, it wouldn't let me upload pics.
Thanks so much.

I have a few different web pages using http://pages.google.com/
It's very simple to use, free, and as long as you don't want to do anything too complicated, it works great for getting your presence out on the web for minimal time, money and effort.

Re: Does anyone know how to make a free webpage?
I have only used Geocities before so I can't suggest another company. The one thing I will suggest is that if you are serious about making a web page, it may be worth it to pay for one. They're not that expensive- for example for Geocities Pro it's less than $10 a month. There are no ads, you have more disk space for pictures, etc, and the best part is that you get to choose your own domain name- if it's free you have to have www.geocities.com/_____. But I guess it depends on how much you think you'll be using it and how easy it would be for you to update it yourself.

freewebs.com
You can start out on their server, and if you decide you want to upgrade, they can provide you with your own domain name....from there it's really user-friendly!
