Do you work with Co workers that our jealous of your position at the job??
I am a supervisor of a department at my company. The workers that are under me haven't been here long enough to even hold this position and they give me such a hard time. How do you deal with this problem???

The only advice I have is to be secure with yourself and just be consistent. Eventually they'll give you a break!

How do they give you a hard time? Are they not doing their jobs? You are their manager. If their attitude is effecting their work you need to address it with them immediately.
Otherwise - do your job and do it well!
ETA: Nobody is jealous of me or my job. I couldn't GIVE my job away.

Mine weren't jealous, they were mad that I was there. I worked for FedEx and had a position people wait literally 10-15 years to have beacuse nobody ever leaves this position. It was a constant battle because they would talk to me like I was a moron just because I was 20 years younger than them. I always told them.. Not my fault I was born in 1981...Haters

They are doing there jobs but they also think that they should have the world handed to them also!!!
