Try to concentrate on one room at a time, one area at a time. Not only will it help you feel accomplished (I have an area cleaned out), it will help you get organized for when you move to the next location. That's the only thing that worked for me.
I know how hard it is, especially with a toddler underfoot. Deep breaths and take plenty of breaks

that's what i'm trying to do, this is the first time i'm actually doing it alone.

Dont think about all you have to do, you will feel so overwhelmed. Like Ambersmom said, tackle one room at a time.
