Stupid questions about furniture delivery

I have a king sized bed being delivered Thursday and I'm looking at my doorways, wondering if we're going to have an issue.

The beds usually come in four pieces and they're put together in the bedroom, right? Headboard, footboard, side rails...?

I can't imagine any other way they would get the bed in here otherwise. It's large.

Last question - tipping - $10 each? $20 each? I have no clue.

Yes, they usually set up in the room to be assembled.

$10 is good if you only have this piece being delivered.

They always come and either drop it off or assemble it there, depending on the agreement you make with the store.

Depending on the above, I would tip either $5 if they drop off and leave it there or $10 each if they put it together.
