hooray for concerned doctors!!!
so i had my first appointment today (love my new doc btw) and i told her about the pains i'd been having near my left ovary. she said she usually didn't like to schedule sonos until week 7 or 8 but she wanted to check for an ectopic  so she brought in an older sono machine (they usually have technicians do the sonos with newer machines) and i got to see the little white spec that it my baby!!! we even saw the faintest of heartbeats but she said not to expect much b/c i am only 5W4D (according to their chart) and due september 14th. 
so now i'm kinda mad i told DH to stay home but we have an appointment on 2/7 for a new sono and i can't wait!!!

Congratulations!!!!! What did the dr say the pain was? I have been having pains on my right side and getting worried too. Glad you saw the peanut...congrats!

the dr said it's probably just the kind of cyst that forms when an egg is released at O time, and it'll probably go away on its own.

So glad all turned out well. I called my doctor at 10:30 about the cramps I have been having and they told me to come in today at 1pm.

how bad are the cramps? i know you are worried b/c of your history... i will be thinking of you this afternoon and praying all is well!
