Not officially, but we're heading in that direction, it seems. Housing sales and prices are decreasing, which is never a good thing. Most of the forecasts I've seen don't see the market getting better until late 2009 or 2010.

Most of the forecasts I've seen don't see the market getting better until late 2009 or 2010.
I hope the prices come up by than b/c at that point if we have DC #2 we would have to decide to stay and build on or move. At this point, being we bought our house when the market was high in 2006, I doubt we would get what we paid for it today and if we did, we would barely break even
