I've done accupuncture and some herbs form my accupuncturist.

I've used acupuncture and herbs, and I would love to continue it, but its not covered by my insurance

Not currently, but I have had acupuncture and cupping in the past. My mother is having acupuncture for arthritis now.

For those that are under someone's care (and I don't mean just went once or twice but takes this seriously and uses one person) How did you find the place that you go to? Do you just get acupuncture or do you do herbs, nutrition Tui Na ect?

I've gone to acupuncture for IF and taken some really horrible tasting herbs (had to make a hot tea ) but insurance didn't cover it. I wound up going to a local acupuncture college.

unfortunately it was never enough of % to make a difference
