Re: Anyone back in the groove?
Good luck - I barely have any energy to get to the stores!
The DR. told me to keep my heart rate below 140 when working out because the pregnancy can't control its own temperature. They also told me not to do much ab work. They keep telling me "moderation"

Re: Anyone back in the groove?
I completely stopped working out the first trimester due to exhaustion! I slowly started with walking and prenatal yoga. I agree with the above poster - keep your heartrate below 140 and keep hydrated!

Re: Anyone back in the groove?
I can't possibly do what I used to. Not just the energy issue, but I'm much more dizzy than I ever was and my BP is low. I just got a prenatal yoga DVD, if it helps my back pain I may venture onto my treadmill for 10 minutes at 3.0 mph. Last time I tried to do that DH had to rub my lower back while I cried. Nowadays my middle back hurts... I really hope the yoga helps - I feel like my back is deteriorating.
