Congrats! 
We told our immediate family right away, and all others weeeere giong to be told later, but BIL told all of DH's friends, so we just ended up telling everyone right away.

Congratulations!!!!!!!! Have a happy healthy 9 months!!!!!!!!!!
We told my mom right away. We told dh's parents a couple of weeks after - we wanted to surprise them with it at Christmas. I think we are going to tell the rest of the immediate family after our 1st doctors appt next week. My brother and his wife were in for Christmas and so wanted to tell them but I want the doctor confirmation first :(
