labor thoughts??

So I am not due until 1/17 but yesturday I felt "wierd"all day. Then last night at about 10:30 I started having sharp pains. I went to bed and woke up at 2:40 having what I thought were contractions every 4-6 minutes lasting about 30 seconds. by the time 7am came they were every 10 minutes last then 20 minutes. all day I've been cramping, now I'm starting to get those contraction like pains.

What do you think? Is this the start of something? I didn't lose my plug or anything. I am so confused. You would think I would know since this is my second.

i would call the dr....u might be in early labor
