coworkers
Everytime someone the office sees me eating something...(even a salad for heavens sake!) - i get comments. Its getting kind of annoying!
People act like i never ate pre-pregnancy. It's not like i'm sitting at my desk with a tub of icecream.
Just venting...

People are ridiculous. All people. No exceptions. I am learning this being PG. Everyday it is "wow, you are showing SO much now!!" or something like that to make you feel like a total fatarse. Or comments about losing a finger when the prego goes for the food, that is always a delightful one. If I were you, I'd just ignore then and start sitting at your desk with a tub of ice cream.

People really are annoying! They think that when someone is PG it gives them free range to comment....but everyday!! very annoying!! like i don't mind the ocassional comment, but people please!!

This is how I was outed at work about my pregnancy. I was eating a bagel (GOD FORBID) and they knew immediately that I was pregnant. lol

I feel the same way. It makes me crazy. At my job they do the same thing with EVERYTHING I eat. They feel the need to come over and anounce to everyone what I am eating. Yes i'm pregnant and this is my 3rd bagel what are you gonna do about it???

so true! I have been one of those people that say something stupid to someone pregnant. My boss worked up until like the day she gave birth and everyone around her was saying "i catn belive you are still here" and I was one of them! She probably wanted to punch us all!

I totally understand. I feel like poeple look at what I'm eating. Ive even gone into the kuitchen and gotten snacks out of the snack machine and had more than one person say - oh eating for two. What the??????????? I always got snacks from the machine and that makes me feel bad.
Yesterday two people that I am not close to in the office grabed my belly with two hands. I sometimes say hello and maybe had two conversations with each of them in three years. I caught me off guard luckily I give people the benefit of the doubt and know that they didn't do it to be rude.

I was just going to post something like this!! Today we had a bunch of food out and everything that I ate, with the exception of fruit, somebody said something to me like...You're allowed to have that? Is that cheese ok for you? Those chips are salty you may not want to have them.
I felt like telling everybody to leave me the F alone. I practically did not eat for the first 12 weeks because I was so nauseous. I think I can indulge a little bit. And I'm so tired of people saying are you allowed to eat that? If I wasn't allowed to have it I wouldn't. Leave me alone!!!!
