Congestion
Does anyone else feel very congested? I wake up every morning with a congested nose and I cough because of how dry it is. I feel as if my sinuses are so clogged. I think it's because of the weather and the heat being on, but I don't know if I can deal with this all winter! Is anyone else feeling this? Any suggestions as to what to do? I didn't have this with my first but I was mostly pregnant over the summer and our house wasn't dry. I am just so uncomfortable.

I just came home from my Dr. and I have the same exact problem, he said that I can use Robitussin DM. I hope you feel better and sleep well

This is one of my worst symptoms.
I can hardly breathe and I sneeze like a crazy woman. This has been going on since week 4 (I am only in week 9) and it is so annoying. It comes and goes for me. One day it will stop and then three days later I am right back to being a sneeze head.
I haven't taken anything for it, but I do feel your pain

I have had it since about week 7... it *****, and it's just another part of being PG. I am going to buy a humidifier very soon tho, because we have had to turn on the heat in the house, and it's drying me out even more....

I wake up every hour with such a dry mouth because I can't breath through my nose at all. Then in the morning once I get up, I am fine. It is so.... annoying.

I have been coughing, sneezing and have had congestion for the past month. It's so uncomfortable but the doc says there is nothing I can safely take for it.

I have had a stuffed nose since the beginning and I am now 32 weeks. It is by far one of the worst symptoms of this pregnancy. I feel like I've had a cold for 8 months

awww, i know your pain. I was congested and complete with bloody noses with both pgs. My savior in the winter was a cool mist humidifier.
I didn't take any drugs for it, it cleared up hours after giving birth..so wierd..

I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem. I told DH that I want a humidifier for Christmas but I don't think I can wait that long. We have one in Kiera's room. Maybe I'll try it for a night to see if it helps me out before we buy another one. It's just so annoying. I'm tired of feeling like I have a head cold.
